Extension and complete refurbishment of the La Vapeur concert hall, a popular music venue located on the outskirts of the town of Dijon in central France. The programme includes : the refurbishment of the existing rehearsal studios with the creation of a recording studio; extending the main performance space to allow an increase in capacity from 700 to 1200; the creation of a new smaller "club" performance space with a capacity of 200; as well as foyer-bar and cultural mediation spaces.
