Interior refurbishment of an existing built volume located in the newly-completed ZAC Batignolles urban zone in north Paris. The three-level municipal activity and community centre includes : dance studio and dressing rooms, expo spaces, activity rooms, reception spaces, a transformable multi-purpose room, music rehearsal rooms, and a 100-seat performance space with adjacent dressing rooms. A teaching garden is located on the roof terrace.
